In the beginning, the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep, where dwelled the spirits of malevolence, and God called the spirits Evil. God said, let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and divided the light from the darkness, and called the light Day, and the darkness Night. And the spirits of Evil, repelled by the light of Day, fled into the darkness of Night, to hide, and wait for a Dark Day.

At the end of the sixth day, God set in the place of rest, and saw everything, and behold, it was very good, yet man had not true dominion over all the earth, as Evil hid in wait. And so, God called forth from the one perfect light in the firmament of heaven, a perfect being, and God called this perfect being Hondo, war.

And God sent Hondo down to earth, into the Night, to gather up the spirits of Evil and bring them to the place of rest, that third place without name, to stand watch over them for one thousand years. And it was so.

On the last day of the thousandth year, Hondo gave account of his deeds and perfection before God, and asked God to call forth a bounty. God spate forth a great rumbling in the place of rest, and called the account of deeds and perfection Vanity, a sin. And God sent Hondo down again, to stand watch over the spirits of Evil for another thousand years.

And on the third day of the hundredth year to follow, Hondo gathered up the spirits of Evil, and gave account of his deeds and perfection. And Hondo spate forth a great rumbling in the place of rest, and loosed the spirits of Evil into earth in a great storm, and cast darkness forth into Day. And God saw everything, and behold, it was not good, that man had not true dominion over all the earth, as the spirits of Evil were loosed.
